I tried to pay for my monthly pack through an international transfer (as I'm not from the UK) as suggested in the page. I can see in my bank's app that the money was transferred but my balance in EE is zero. What should I do now?

@angelica_701 : How did you do an international transfer to EE? Where did you get EE's international banking details from? Is that payment still showing as "Pending" at you bank?
What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
