I have a PAYG sim and trying to set up on the EE app/website. I have logged in, but it wont link my phone to my account. I tried calling 150, but it kept cutting off. How do I get them to link, it says there is an error and keep trying, but I have been trying for days?

Are there any other nos. on your a/c?
What is the error msg it is saying?
