Pay as you go payment error

I got a message saying my card payment was unsuccessful, so I went to the 'manage payment' page to check my card info. However, I got a payment error message: "Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later". What can I do to pay for the pack? Screenshot 2024-12-04 at 1.47.36 pm.png

 Have you been able to try checking or amending your payment information in the app or when using an alternative browser?

Were you using the subscribe and save option with your card to buy the pack automatically each month with the 10% discount ?
