I ordered a new phone with a new £10 sim card. Followed instructions to point where it said make a call and sim would be activated That did not happen. Phoned helpline "switch your phone off an restart and sim will activate." That did not happen. Topped up £ 5 and sure enough sim activated. Allowance said £5. Topped up another £10, yet allowance still says £5.
So where is the £10 I paid for a new sim? And why is the £10 I added not shown in allowance.
Seems I am £20 out of pocket which I cannot afford.
Who do I call to actually speak to someone for help???
