Hi, I have just had to buy a new 12 month data SIM because the old one deactivated after 6 months and now I am unable to access the data usage page (it says it is forbidden), can't register the sim on the website (it simply does not accept registration) and the myee app says it is incompatible with my device! I'm online but want to check data usage as I no longer trust EE 's claims.
Any ideas?

@Ff15 : Do you mean the http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status page? Yes, that's been Forbidden for about 2 weeks & EE hasn't yet fixed it. Try clearing your browser's cache & cookies. That might work temporarily.
How does MyEE not accept registration? What's the error msg?

Hi, yes it is the status page and clearing the cache and cookies doesn't help. The registration page has accepted my email and password but whenever I enter the phone number it just ignores it and tells me that I need to register. No error message as such, I just can't get past that page.

Welcome to the community.
I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can get the SIM fully registered. Hopefully that helps with this problem you're having with checking your allowances.
