Hi guys, I have just called EE to cancel my PAYG within the 14-day cooling period. Guess what - the number is deactivated immediately during the call and it just got cut lol I wonder if I need to call again to arrange refund of the rest of the service.
I tried calling again on another non EE mobile but it just got cut randomly (tried few times) while waiting to speak to someone.

Do you mean that the no. is now deactivated & you can no longer use it or just that the call was cut off?
Did you spend any of the initial credit. like for buying a pack or making calls? If it was unspent you should get it back.

Both the call and the number are cut and I can't reach EE again using another number.
I bought the Unlimited data package but like you mentioned they should refund my unused period. But hopefully can get someone from EE to confirm.
