I make the option with direct card payment for the £10 subscription pack for every 30 days, hope can get the 10% off offer.

However, the discount did not appear on the traction. It took £10 on the designated day. 

Why can't I get the discount?

The discount should be automatic, when paying by Direct Card Payment, @littleEE 

It may be worth having a chat with our Mobile Care team so they can check your account and find out why this didn't happen.
