Having topped up my phone for £10 I made one call lasting 26 minutes my balance afterwards showed 40p how is this right £9:60 for 26 minutes?

The standard per-minute rate for EE PAYG is 40p/minute for calls to landlines & mobiles. 26 minutes @ 40p/minute = £10.40

@Stanley1796 If you use the top up credit to purchase a pack you’ll get a set number of minutes and depending on what pack it is you could have unlimited calls. Packs last 30 days.
