No wifi not able to make any calls or send texts I paid £ to top up my pack

I paid for a pack £ 10 but have not received anything for the last 3 days I have been in able to make calls and no wifi or text is possible I have contacted the  provider but nothing is done about the issue so I am seeking the return of my money
