No roll over data pay as you go

Have question. Why my data never rolls over  top up every month and when check says includes rollover when it doesn't. As I have lots of data left don't want to loose it as should roll over..!!

@Tanya81 : What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)? Similarly ROLLOVER to 150.
