So bought a SIM card at a convenience store 2 days ago and seller doesn’t even know how to activate it. But still bought it as I need some data for my trip.
Anyways at present situation,
Still have no data service at all, tried to call get help with messaging 150 but it’s automated so no point. Hence went on to the customer service contact but still problem not solved.
Best part was told today that by 5pm that I would get my Data Service fixed but nope it’s already 12AM and still nothing.
Tried to get help from customer service again y going to their shop and was told to call 150.
Hence decided to get help for the 3rd time but still not solved. Weird why they ask me for my Device IMEI Number which makes no sense at all but still give benefit of doubt to them. And next minute he sent me “Closed for the day, please contact us tomorrow”
only have 5-6 days left in this country and still no Data … what a waste of £20

@Shxxnis : What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
Did you pay the convenience store like 99p for it? You probably need to top it up & buy a pack.

What does your online MyEE say about your current Pack, allowances & credit? It'll be on the landing or My EE Mobile page.
