Hi,
I am a visitor in UK and recently bought a SIM from EE. I just loaded it successfully with 20 pounds but I need to get a receipt of the transaction. I can’t see the receipt in my account and I have not received any email about it. Can support help me on this or is this something that cannot be provided?

In your online MyEE under View full usage > View Top up history you'll find a record of top-ups over the last 90 days.

There are no receipts or bills with PAYG.
