Hi there, there’s still no option for paying my mobile EE bill…been trying since yesterday and I am overdue now. Any advice please. Thank you

Have you taken a look at the information at the below URL yet?
In general, Pay As You Go payments are made up front so it's unclear to me how you can ever be behind on payments.

I always pay on every 15 of the month…and it says on my app. I can’t access cos website is under maintenance. Thanks for your reply.

Payment by credit card taken out my bank but doesn't appear in my EE account, happened twice in Dec. and Jan.

They don't show as credit on my phone.
