My EE sim has been stopped

My sim has stopped working and ive just made a topup today for it to work but it still hasnt been reactivated. please couuld someone sort this out. My number is ********. Thank you. it hasnt been 3 months since it stopped only 2 or 1.

Ive also tried calling 150 on my phone and my dads it doesnt work neither does it cal;l on mine its just an ai we cant get to the people.

@tahmidalarham : It hasn't been 3 months since what? I don't understand.

When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
