I've topped up last night for today's renewal and guess what - I wake up with my plan not being extended with my credit still on the account.
Ok, I go online to apply and purchase the plan. No worries, there is an error. Ok, I do it via 150 number service. Again, I am being told to top up first and the plan will renew automatically WITH MY BALANCE BEING 30 POUNDS ALREADY.
EVERY SINGLE TIME THIS HAPPENS. I have to wait until 9 am to be able to extend this plan. Disgusting network.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Anisor96
Great to see you're on the 30-day plan.
If you top up after 8pm on an evening, your pack will not deploy until the following morning.
I'd recommend topping up in the morning instead, or you can pay with Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. With card payments, a set amount is taken from your card and added to your credit each month. This credit can then be used to buy plans or add-ons. It isn't a Direct Debit, so you can change or cancel your payments at any time.
All plans automatically start again after seven or 30 days, as long as you have sufficient credit to cover the cost of the new plan on the day before renewal.
If you have enough credit on the morning of the last day of your plan:
If you don't have enough credit on the day before renewal:
Their plan will stay on the account but won't recur until:
You can find out more at About Saver Plan for pay as you go mobile
Hope this helps!
