Lost boosts

Hi I’m looking for help I seem to have lost all my data boosts I use to get 10.5gb now only 5gb is showing

Great news. You will get an extra 150 minutes and 10.5GB every time you buy a pack. You are also 1 more pack away from being able to add another boost. For more info go to EE. ee.co.uk/EE

that’s what it says on text 150 boost but it only gave me the 4gb that I’m entitled to plus 1 gb
