Keep deducting my money

I am a payg user and I have stopped the subscription but it keeps deducting money from my account to renew the subscription. What do I do?

How did you stop your subs? You need to text STOP REC to 150 to stop them. Just for good measure text STOP PACK to 150 to stop buying the pack.
