@oarobs  try restarting the device.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks! Tried that several times. Does anyone know if EE works at all in Juba-South Sudan so I can simply just stop trying:)

Hi @oarobs

Welcome to the community.

I can't see anything to say that you can't use your phone there, as long as you're within coverage. Have you tried manually selecting a network?

Thanks very much, I tried everything possible, including manually switching on and off and visited local network. I get message from manual selection that my sim card not enabled or not registered on the local network(s).

Finally I used skype to call EE customer service and guy tried his best and gave up, Told me to hold on and came back, said he consulted and that EE has no service agreement with South Sudan. I suspect he's not correct as he was a bit hesitant, and didn't just know what else to do/say.....or maybe he's right!.

Am a bit desperate as I need to use the phone for some crucial UK based stuff:)

Once again, thanks for help!
