IPhone wrong colour

Hey folks im new to this forum but hoping I can get some help.

I ordered the Iphone 17 Pro as a Xmas gift for my partner, unfortunately it has came a different colour from the one she was after. (Fairly certain I asked for Silver and its came orange) safe to say it was a dissapointed household on Xmas day.

Im aware that also my 14 day cooling period has well past ( i made the order at the end of November/Start of December). But i see there are returns to be made on xmas purchases up until Jan (for both online and instore)

Whats the best way to get this sorted, ill do anything to get it swapped over. I can return it to a store or via DPD etc. The box has been opened once just to see the phone thats all it hasnt even been turned on yet. Im currently paying off the handset by itself monthly via Glow finance (dont think a payment has came out yet) be coming out around this time tho.

Any advice would be great..

Regards

Ryan

@Ryanfc2  You need to make contact with the purchase place of origin.   You can not return it to a store unless that was the purchase place.     The box of this device shows the colour of the device in the box.   Orange iPhone on the box orange iPhone in the box.    Apple have always done this on the boxes.        What does your order say the device colour is ?

Hi @Ryanfc2

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 and cancel the order, then once the return is processed by EE you can try and order again.

Thanks
