My pack is renewed while I didn't ask to renew it. Please refund the deducted money.

PAYG credit is not refundable nor transferable, except for the 1st unspent direct card payment.

I topped up my account and used this mo ey to pay the pack for that month only. Why did you use my credit card details to renew this pack I didn't allow you to do so.

How much did you actually pay for the 1st month's pack?

As I said I toped up my account and used the money to pay for the pack. 
I cannot text 150 because I am actually outside UK. 
Please refund the amount. 

I wasn't asking by how much you topped-up but how much of that credit was used to buy the 1st pack. There could have been some left behind.

@Mohamedshanab  Are you 100% sure you didn’t setup a reoccurring payment top up ?  EE can not just take the payment unless you setup a reoccurring payment and  that termination is controlled by you.

there was 1 pound left at the time but I consumed it

No, I am sorry I remember now I am mistaken I paid the pack using my card. 
I don't want the pack this month, can you cancel it and refund this money to my card?
