I can't buy internet data

I put credit, but the "plan" was not automatically renewed so I have x amount of internet to use, the amount of credit is available on my phone line but I simply cannot renew the plan using the credit, when I request it Using the credit to purchase the plan only gives me the option of a new top-up.
can anyone help me?
