hello I bought a ee sim card from ebay I inserted sim in my phone but I get no signal I need to pay for sim to get activated every month or just once? and I wanted to login on ee site but I don't get the passcode on messages can someone help me

Then why buy a UK SIM? EE is a UK company & sells its services to UK residents & those who visit the UK for a short break.
