I have bought the SIM card (service of 100GB,60 international minutes) at the airport and popped it into my phone but the next day I receive the message saying that if I need to use the data I need to add-up... it says that my account have no data and package left. what's going on??

@Julia997 : Where are you when you try to use it? Were you entering or leaving the UK when you bought it at the airport?
If you were leaving UK did you use it to make a call or text before flying out?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Thanks for your help... I bought it after entering UK and tried it when I was in hotel . the balance showed 0, the last pop-up was 01-03-24 for 20 pounds.

How long ago did you buy it? You last topped it up nearly 4 months ago?
