The EE web page says log on to your account at EE.co.uk. I've done that but I can't see any way to get my balance.
I don't want to use an app on y phone or send a text - very poor signal where I am now.

If you mean a mobile router with a PAYG SIM, visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.

It's not a mobile router with a SIM, it's a standard broadband router connected to the TalkTalk wired/optical fibre network

If your lappy is not connected to your mobile phone you can't check the phone's PAYG balance from the lappy other than by logging into the online MyEE a/c for the phone & going to Home > Plans & Subs.

I've logged in to MyEE & gone to Home. There is no "Plans & Subs" visible there
