the 150 number just takes me through automated options, how do I speak to a real person about a query?

Welcome to the EE Community 😊
When you give us a call on 150, it will initially give us the option to press 1 to switch to our visual service, but if you press 2 it will then go to the normal menu system.
If you listen to the options here it should direct you to the department you need.
