I used to use EE phone number as pay as you go but I won't use it from now on because I'm going back my country.
In my case, do I need to go through a cancellation procedure?
Or will my phone number and EE account delete automatically after a certain period of time?

@Ron000 Login to your EE account, go to My settings : Personal and there you will find the option to close your account. HTH
This will take care of your forum account, may not close your EE Account, so you possibly need to call EE CS and ask the question of them. You may find the link below also useful.

Hi @Ron000,
With pay as you go, you don't need to cancel it.
Once you have stopped topping up your account, it will go into hibernation after 179 days, and then be cancelled after 269 days.

@Ron000 First part is to close this account that you are using for the forum. 2nd part is call EE CS about your PAYG phone service and the link is all about the terms and conditions.

@JimM11 : There is no necessity to remove your Community a/c just cuz you have ceased using an EE no. You are able to to have a Community a/c based an empty (no EE products linked) EE a/c. I'm doing such here. It's purely up to the OP to decide whether he wants to keep his Community a/c or not & is a separate issue from the 1 expressed in the OP.

Is the reason I can't find that menu because I used to use pay as you go?

Shouldn't be! What menu you talking about? I just navigated my route on my PAYG a/c.
Show a pix of the page you are starting from.
