Getting my top up converted into data

Good morning,

I have just topped up my credit to £30, now I would like to convert this to data. If I click on the "spend credit on data add-ons"      I receive an page error.

Is there another way to get the credit to my data allowance.

agree bloody nighmare cant do a simple on line transfer from credit to data, they try force u take a recuring pack

also the number is only available office hours..terrible service

Hi all, thanks for the replies and it worked although not 100% sure how!

I went to the WiFi setting on my phone and than the £30 credit was transfered 

to my acitve account so all is good...
