I despair. Put in my new SIM having paid £10 when I registered. Message tells me I cannot make calls as no credit. Chat line told me payment had been returned and I needed to talk to 150. Rang several times, got cut off. Asked to be called back by tech support (the only option offered that was vaguely relevant). Nothing. I have no idea what is happening. I asked for my old number to be ported - I wonder if that has also been "refused". Have wasted so much time on this, am considering dumping EE and going back to my previous provider.

Thank you for your advice. Someone from EE has now finally called and (fingers and toes crossed) all should be resolved... 🤔

- Am I unique in being unable to log in to my account? in EE app and website
- Roaming in EU in Small Business
- Pack picked in error PAYG (not starting till end of month) in Pay as you go
- BT and BT EE are an embarrassment - Billed for one account that wasn't mine in Contracts & Billing
- Perks code in Offers & Add-ons
