Hi I am on a pay as you go and every three months I am given a free boost I have a choice of extra minutes or Data
my problem is that every time I reach the thee months and try to add my free boost it doesn’t highlight the option for me to add this to my account so I loose my free boost can you help with this please? I have tried the EE web and the EE app and neither works.

yes I sent a text message to 150
Manx they couldn’t help me just sent me different packages. This was no help at all

Thanks for getting back to me @Suevc123.
I would recommend notifying our customer care team on 150.
The team will be able to view your pack and account settings and update anything should it need updating.
