Endless top-up payment errors

Trying to top-up my account with some £s. This has been a headache in the past, but usually eventually worked - this time no luck.

Have tried with two different cards (Monzo and Bank of America) and several different browsers, on laptop and mobile, and always get one of a few different errors, something along the lines of "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again.", "An error occurred", or "Cannot process invalid information." 

Any ideas?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

When was the last time the account was topped up? 

To top up with the international card, you would need to call us on 150 and make the payment over the phone.
