EE PAYG - £10 pack advertised with 20Gb data only received 5Gb

Hi All,

I bought one of the EE PAYG sim cards last week advertising for a £10 top up i'd get 20Gb of data but i've only received 5Gb. How does this get corrected?

Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 15GB.
