Hi,
I'm new to ee. I purchased 2 pay as you go sim cards for myself and my daughter. I received the cards and activated them but the £15 subscription packages were never applied to either sim, I have been charged for them though. I paid for them on the date of ordering bith the sim cards. I had to purchase a subscription package each again through the app and pay for both again. I thought I'd have received a refund for the first lot, but I haven't. How do I get refunded for them as I can't speak to an advisor when I ring it is all automated and there is no message us or live chat option on the app. TIA
