Are you able to share a screenshot of this @Ashima. Just make sure there are no personal details visible.
As @XRaySpeX mentioned, you should only see the Flex plans if you were already on one.
You can try to top-up using our Fast Payment link. This doesn't need you to login, you just need the mobile number and card details.
If that still doesn't work, it is worth speaking to our customer service guides, who can take the payment.
