I am having problems logging into my EE and paying the phone I’m out of the country.
I need eSIM on my phone. It was deleted by accident

eSIMs are not available on PAYG.
Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

If you're trying to top up the account, please try the link @XRaySpeX has provided, for other ways to top up, please see our How to top up your EE pay as you go mobile page.
If the SIM card is no longer active you would need to order a replacement SIM by calling us on +44 (0)7953 966 150 from any phone, or visiting an EE Store with photo ID when you return to the UK.
