Content unlock fail

Hi Christopher 

I went to the store with my ID they have put it on my record then I phoned EE as that is what they told me to do and they could not unlock it I was told someone will ring me but then next day and they never do I am still waiting for it to be unlocked. 
can you help?

Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can process the credit card check manually for you.

Sorry, we can't access your account via the community forum.

When showing ID in store, the assistant should arrange for your content lock settings to be changed.

I'd recommend popping into your local store so they can make sure this is completed for you.
