Changing from pay as you go to pay monthlyly

Hey I've been with EE for a bit now on a pay as you go sim and liked the coverage so wanted to move to pay monthly, went to buy 20gb for £10 24month contract, put all my details in and then it asks to finalise it I need to speak on chat but when I click the link it won't let me type anything, don't really want to ring up for this as it should go through online.

I have the customer order number if that helps.

Welcome to the community,

We have no way of activating this for you, we have no account access and do not know who you are, this is a public forum, you will have to speak to customer services, also I would ask them to reset your account, so that you can access it via the app, as pay as you go and monthly contracts cannot be mixed, and would need to be reset, otherwise the app will show as account closed, once reset, you should be able to use the app again.

Hi @Clarkead 

Are you using the app or the website to order your upgrade from Pay as you go to Pay monthly? 

Are you able to try an alternative browser to see if the Message Us link allows you to type? 
You could also try incognito or safe mode to see if that makes any difference.
