Cannot text US from the UK, can notll ca anyone from the UK but they can call me

I  Have 0 balance in my account after putting 15 pounds in and I was told that it was activated I could Make text to the US and calls in the UK.   Now  my balance is zero  And I haven't even used any of it perit nothing that I can find shows me how to contact these people to get an actual human to call me back everything is Sewed up in the 0 to 10 survey feedback which they never even look at Well I'll give this company a 0 stars and I will be taking out their SIM card. and this is ridiculous. That they don't have a simple way to email them how about that idea?

@DarinDSelby : Your £15 credit has been used to pay for the £15 PAYG pack of UK allowances that your SIM is primed with. This pack doesn't cover making International calls or texts from the UK to non-UK numbers. These are chargeable. As you now have no credit you can't now make them.
