Can lower the top up package for a pay as you go SIM?

Hey, I brought a pay-as-you-go SIM in the International airport at 30 pounds face value. The active date is May 29. Till June 27, the balance of data is 89G remaining. so I topped up 5 pounds on June 27 to make sure the number was active, and hope the remaining data could be rolled over to the month automatically. But the thing is on June 29, the network is unavailable.

So wondering 1)if I can lower the top-up package as the data capacity of 30 pounds is quite big to me. 2)if the top-up still workable after expiration to keep this number?

3) if workable, how long it would be effective after top-up?

Big thanks in advance.

  1. You can switch to a cheaper pack by texting STOP PACK before your current pack expires, top-up to the value of the pack you want & then text PACKnn to 150 where 'nn' is the cost in £s of the pack you want, e.g. PACK05 for the £5 pack.
  2. & 3. If any credit hasn't gone to buy a pack it will remain for you to use it later, but you need to make a chargeable action within every 179 days to stop it going into hibernation, like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
