Hi,
I bought a new sim to use for gaming so I don't have to use my bank card and when I topped up it automatically took £10 from my balance without my permission.
Is there any way to get this refunded?

You ordered a PAYG SIM primed with a £10 pack. As soon as your credit reached £10 it auto bought that pack. PAYG credit is not generally refundable nor transferable, but it's worth calling CS to see if it can be done in your case.
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
