Bought a sim instead a voucher

Hello

I mistakenly ordered a new sim instead of a voucher. Now, I do not want to use the new sim, but it has credit in it which was supposed to be in the old sim. What should I do not.

@LondonTarka : If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
