Hi,

My plan and my monthly payment is £10. I am done the monthly payment on time. And I didn't have any extra usages. But  EE showing the bill £30.48 due date is mid of August. What is it ?  Please reply. Thank you.

Have you taken a look at your bill to see what the extra charges say there? You would otherwise have to ring customer service to get this looked into as there is no account access here, this is a public forum.
