Why can't I Connecticut my bank card to my ee account?

Hi @Mateusz24 

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Do you have a pay as you go or pay monthly account? 

Do you get an error message when registering the card?

Yes, I receive an error message during registration and it does not
redirect me to the bank's website to confirm the transaction. I would like
to purchase a package for £30 to renew every month. This is a Polish bank
account.

Yes, I used it. The EE website cannot redirect me to my bank's website to
confirm the transaction.

You can't use a foreign bank card to top-up online. You need to call CS to register it.
