I bought a SIM card and activated the £10 package, for 8GB of data, in a promotion that should give me 12GB extra ppr month, dirante 3 months. My regular data (8 GB) is exhausted, and I haven’t received the extra 12 GB. How should I proceed?

@geoaze : Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 4GB. Sometimes it doesn't kick in until have exhausted the normal ration.
