When I go to make a payment whilst topping up I get an error message saying the content is blocked & to contact the site owner. any advice?

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community!
Just as a quick heads up, if you need to get topped up quickly you can do this right away for any number via our fast payment option.
When it comes to this error though, I'd recommend trying to log in from a different device or browser to see if it gives the same message.
It's also worth trying to clear the cookies and cache for your browser, too.
