I have a recurring card payment. Im trying to change the card that it uses. I add a new card. I add the details. I click submit. The form empties. Ive tried clearing cookies and changin which device I'm doing it on.

I'm sorry that this wasn't working online for you. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150 so they can do this manually for you.

I can't even find the page to add the new card, it is not obvious on app or Web page?

It should be in the Bills & Payments section of your EE App/Online account.

There's no Bills & Payments on PAYG. You need to buy a pack & choose to pay with Direct Card Payment giving your new card details.
