£5.00 everything pack?

I used to be on the £5.oo everything pack which was perfect for me but it got cancelled when I had a problem with my debit card. I now have a new card but can't get back on the same pack despite having text message saying this is still available. When I try to get it its doesn't seem to be available and I get put on pay as you go but there is no data with it unless I pay extra. Does anyone know is it available or not? because I'm confused!

@Angela2 : The £5 Everything Pack is a legacy pack & has been discontinued. Text ALL PLANs to 150 to see what packs are on offer. They will all have some data.
