15 pounds bundle

Hello!

I have 15 pounds in the sim but i have to purchase 25 pounds bundle, if i go to the app it just shows card options, please guide me how to activate 15 pound bundle if you have 15 pounds in your sim balance but nor in atm card

@Akay11 : What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Try texting PACK15 to 150 from it.
