I have purchased a £10 Subscription Pack. Although my account shows 499 minutes, buth my Credit still shows £0. Surely my credit should be £10?

Hi @Bodge1967

Just adding to the advice above from @Gareth43. If you add a £10 credit and then purchase a £10 Pack, the credit will be deducted for this purchase and then show as £0.

If you've added a further £10 credit and this isn't showing online through your account, please text BALANCE to 150 to see if this shows for you.

If you need further support, please contact the team directly, and they can review your account.

No youre credit should show £0 as you have swapped the £10 for a pack that contains minutes, data and texts. You can’t buy a pack for £10 and then get the mins, data and texts and then get you’re £10 back as that’s basically giving you them for free and most company’s are here to make money not give it away. So a balance of £0 is correct
