Good afternoon, I bought an EE SIM card via the Internet, put it on my tablet, downloaded the application, registered and replenished my account through my account for £ 30. As a result, I can’t call and send SMS to 150 to activate the package (it was yesterday) money from the account was returned yesterday, but remained in the application "my EE", the money today I again replenished the amount in the application already £ 60 and still there is no Internet and I can not make calls, my tariff is £ 30 100 GB
EE number xxxxxxxxxxxx

Hello @RuslanB68 ,
Welcome to the community,
Did you activated the SIM card? If you did not that is why it will not work. You would otherwise have to ring customer service, which you can do using Skype, click on the contact us, you will find the free number.
I take it you are in the UK and not in another country, otherwise it will not work or activate.

@RuslanB68 : PAYG SIMs don't need any special activation in UK, just use it. Are you in UK? If not, it would have been helpful to have told us.

the fact is that I am in Poland and not in the UK, I am a driver from Ukraine and I need the Internet to communicate with my family, wife and daughter

@RuslanB68 , You will not be able to activate or use the SIM card until you return to the UK, as it can only be activated here in the UK and you have to make a chargeable call first. The only way is to send it to your family in the UK, or someone who lives here to get it activated and make a chargeable call and then get it sent back to you, that is the only way for it to work, there is no other way round this.

Did you buy that PAYG SIM off the Net while you are abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st using & activating on EE's home UK network. As it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
