Samsung S20 Headphones Dont Work

I received my brand new Samsung S20 the other week and I'm loving it. Still finding my way around it and today I tried out the official headphones that came with the phone ... they don't work. Sound only comes out of one ear unless I try some voodoo magic with the connection to the phone and then they eventually work ... for a few minutes before going back to one ear only.

 

I've tried them in another handset and they did the same so the issue is definitely the headphones. Anyone else have this? If so should I go to EE direct to have them replaced, or to samsung ... or is there some magic spell I can cast to make them work that im not trying.

If you'd like these replaced, I'd recommend contacting Samsung Support.

 

EE won't stock the earphones that came with your phone.

Bin them and get some buds+ as they are brilliant.
